Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to purchases made through smphotography.uk, operated by Stephen Mold (sole trader), Essex, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
All products on this site are digital downloads of photographs taken by Stephen Mold. You may buy individual photos or the full set of photos from a given match (a “bundle”). After payment, you will receive an email containing one or more time-limited download links (typically valid for 7 days).
Licensing
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the image. Full terms — including restrictions on commercial use, redistribution and copyright — are set out on our Licensing & Disclaimer page, which forms part of these terms. The version of the licensing terms in force at the time of your order is recorded against your order record.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable tax. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before dispatching download links.
Delivery
Downloads are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. If you have not received your email within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder, then contact us at stephen@mold.me.uk.
Refunds
Because the products are digital and delivered immediately upon payment, you expressly waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once you download the file. If you have not yet downloaded any of the files and you contact us within 14 days, we will issue a full refund.
If a file is corrupt, the wrong photo, or otherwise faulty, contact us and we will replace it or issue a refund at our discretion.
Account responsibilities
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any orders placed through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
Use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
